Every box on this diagram is something we supply, install, document and support. One contract covers all of it.

What we do

Seven services, one supplier, one number to call.

Most of our clients came to us juggling a cabling contractor, a phone vendor and someone's cousin who set up the router. We replace all three and document what we install.

IT support and AMC

An annual maintenance contract with defined response times, scheduled preventive visits and a support line that a person answers.

Firewalls and cybersecurity

Next-generation firewalls, site-to-site and remote VPN, content filtering, patching and monitoring, sized to your business rather than oversold.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Routers, switches, VLANs and wireless surveyed for real coverage, so the meeting room on the far corner works like the desk next to the rack.

Structured cabling

Cat6 and fibre runs, labelled patch panels, dressed racks and a test report at handover. The part nobody sees and everyone eventually blames.

Telephony, PABX and AV

IP PABX systems, extensions and intercom, plus meeting room audio visual so calls start on time instead of starting with an apology.

Access control and attendance

Biometric readers, card access on doors and gates, and time attendance that exports cleanly into the payroll you already run.

Cloud and backup

Hosted email and file services, migration without a lost weekend, and backups that are actually restored and tested, not just scheduled.

Not sure where the problem is?

Send us the floor plan or let us walk the site. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anyone drills a wall.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises on the invoice.

Every project runs the same way, whether it is a two-room clinic or a floor of a tower in West Bay.

Step 1

Site survey

We visit, measure, test the existing setup and ask what actually goes wrong day to day.

Step 2

Design and quote

A drawing, a bill of materials and one price. You see the brands and models before you commit.

Step 3

Installation

Scheduled around your working hours, including evenings and weekends, with the site left clean.

Step 4

Handover and support

Labelled racks, documented passwords, a short training session, then AMC cover if you want it.

Why clients stay

Support is the product. The hardware is just the part you can see.

Anyone can supply a switch. The difference shows up at 4pm on a Thursday when the internet drops and the auditors are still in the meeting room.

  • Response times you agreed to

Your AMC states how fast we respond and what is covered. No rereading the contract to find out whether a call costs extra.

  • The same engineers each time

The person who installed your system is the person who returns to fix it. Nobody starts from zero at your expense.

  • Everything documented

Network diagram, IP plan, cable schedule and credentials handed to you in writing. Your infrastructure does not belong to your vendor.

  • Vendor-neutral advice

We recommend what suits the site and the budget, and we will tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.
